Ramiro Partida

December 20, 1949 — October 20, 2017

Ramiro Partida, age 67, entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 20, 2017.  He grew up in Harlingen, Texas and moved to San Benito, Texas in 1970.  He opened his own business, Ramiro Partida Body Shop in 1990.  He was an avid golfer, Dallas Cowboys fan and Houston Astros fan.  He was a great husband, a loving father, and devoted grandfather.

Ramiro leaves behind his loving wife of 49 wonderful years, Hilda Saldana Partida; his sons Ramiro Partida, Jr. (Mari), Roel Partida (Renee), Randy Partida (Iza), and daughter Tina Louise Sandoval (Gabriel).  He left 12 grandchildren to carry on his legacy.  Ramiro is also survived by two brothers, Rogelio Partida, Jr. and Rudy Partida and a sister, Rafaella Piggot.  His parents Rogelio, Sr. and Rosa S. Partida precede him in death.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at San Benito Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Benedict Catholic Church, San Benito.  Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.

Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Joseph Partida, Jorel Partida, Gabriel Sandoval, Jr., Willie Rosales, Jr., Ray Saldana, Jr. and Robert Partida, Jr.  Honorary pallbearers will be Sabrina Partida, Aldric Resendez, Katie Partida, Kiana Partida, Jacob Partida, Randy Ryan Partida, Brian Sandoval, Jason Sandoval and Nathan Sandoval.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to San Benito Funeral Home, 1400 W. Hwy 77, San Benito, Texas.
