Billy Ray Hopkins

Billy Ray Hopkins, 81, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at a local nursing home. He was born on May 18, 1936 in Plainview, TX to John and Etta Hopkins.
Billy was a longtime resident of Harlingen and worked in the Hardware business for many years.
He is survived by his sons, Randle Scott Hopkins of Little Elm, TX, Daniel Ray Hopkins of Coppell, TX and Bretton Lee Hopkins of Birmingham, AL. He also was survived by his companion for many years, Janice Bradwell of Harlingen, TX.
As per Billy's wishes he will be cremated and his ashes entombed at Restlawn Memorial Park in La Feria. No announced services will be held.
