Edna Fay Lasley

Edna Fay Lasley, 65, unexpectedly passed from this life on April 5, 2021.  Edna Fay was born to the late A.G. Lasley and Clarice Bernard Lasley on June 18, 1955 in San Benito, Texas.

She was a graduate of Harlingen High School, Class of 1973 and, for over 30 years, she worked as caregiver in several area nursing homes.

Edna Fay enjoyed walking for her health, reading her Bible, listening to church music, and loved cats.  She was a member of Corinth Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Clarice B. Roberson; father, A.G. Lasley; and brothers, A.G. Lasley, Jr., Terry Wayne Lasley, Walter Lasley, and James Andrew Hodge.

Left to treasure Edna Fay’s memory is her son, John E. Lasley; sisters, Marcia Lasley-Williams and Cora Okonkwo; brothers, John Wesley Lasley and Charles Lasley; a granddaughter and nephew Michael Lee Dean.
