Elaine M. O’Keefe, 85, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021 peacefully at home.
Elaine was born on December 17, 1935 in St. Paul, Dakota County, MN. Elaine was a resident of Laguna Vista area for several years. She was a nice person who enjoyed going on cruises as well as shopping and loved helping out others.
