Elizabeth "Betty" Harp

Elizabeth “Betty” Harp went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 11, 2022 at the age of 92. Originally from Harlingen, Texas, Betty made her home in Corpus Christi, Texas since 1999.

A loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she was always willing to help others.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, J.E. “Jack” Harp. Left to treasure her memory are her daughters, Sharon (David) Truax and Jackie (Steve) Shults; grandchildren, Leiann Truax, Kyle Truax, Jonathan Truax, and Kamra Garza; eight great-grandchildren; and her sister, Eloise Newton.

Betty will be laid to rest on Friday, February 18, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. at Mont Meta Chapel of Peace Mausoleum in San Benito, Texas.
