Dr. Eugene Chandler Deal Jr. passed away quietly at Valley Baptist Medical Center on February 9, 2021 following injuries sustained from a cycling motor vehicle accident on December 14, 2020. He was born on February 3, 1949 and is survived by his brother, wife, and three daughters.
A memorial service will be held Friday, February 12, 2021 at 5:30 pm at Christian Fellowship Church, Harlingen.
