Frances M. Galvan

Frances Galvan, 85, was born on October 3, 1935 to Juan & Andrea Martinez. She was a loving mother and devoted wife to Reynaldo Galvan for 63 years until his passing in 2018. Frances raised her family and resided in Harlingen for the majority of her life.

She was a talented woman with a natural gift for arts and crafts as well as fashion and design.

Frances is survived by her five children, Nora Cortez, David Galvan, Sylvia Jones, Rick Galvan, Ray Galvan Jr.; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Frances was loved by all of her friends and neighbors. She will be missed dearly by everyone who knew her.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Buck Ashcraft San Benito Funeral Home.
