Ramon Pravo Montejano

Ramon Pravo Montejano, 75, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2026, surrounded by his loving children in Harlingen, Texas. He was born on October 21, 1950, in California.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Maria Montejano, and his sister, Alice.

Ramon is survived by his children Corina, Susana, Samuel, and Priscilla, as well as his 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.

He is also survived by his sisters Evelina, Maria, Angel, Marylou, Eva and his brothers Jhonny and Roy.

Ramon dedicated 25 years of service as a Tool and Die operator at TRICO before his retirement. He was an active member of the Brownsville Community Fellowship Church.

Ramon enjoyed spending his time working in the garage, visiting flea markets, barbecuing, drag racing, and cherishing moments with his family.

The family will be receiving friends and family on Friday, June 5, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Buck Ashcraft San Benito Funeral Home with a prayer and remembrance service at 6:30 p.m. Services will conclude that evening.
