Robert G. Dodson

Robert G. Dodson, 74, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2025, in Harlingen, Texas. He was born on July 20, 1950, in Ft. Worth, Texas to Abe and Louise Dodson.

Robert was a long-time resident of Harlingen; he graduated from the Marine Military Academy. He was a truck driver by trade and drove for Hygeia Dairy Company for many years. Robert had a deep appreciation for music, particularly Country, and found joy in playing the guitar.

He is survived by his three sons, Don, Robert, and Kenneth, numerous cousins, and many friends.

A graveside service will be held at Restlawn Memorial Park in La Feria, at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2025.
