Thomas L. Steffen, 71, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2018.
He was born May 3, 1946 to Clarence and Jean Steffen. Tom worked for the Union Pacific Railroad for 40+years. As a young man when he lived in California he was a clogger and appeared on TV. He served his country by being in both the Marines and the Air Force. Tom was a member of Wildwood Christian Church in Papillion, NE. He never met a stranger and was a friend to all.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Tom is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Sharon; sons, Kyle Steffen and Trey Dembski both of St. Louis, MO; daughter, Ashley (Joe) Costanza and his grandsons, Logan and Bennett Costanza all of Papillion, NE; brothers, Mark Steffen and David (Judi) Steffen; sister, Nancy Steffen; brother-in-law, Stan (Cookie) Johnsey of Kingsville, TX; sister-in-law, Nickie (John) Miller of Austin, TX; mother-in-law, LaNell Johnsey of Harlingen, TX; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Graveside services only will be held at the Chamberlain Cemetery in Kingsville, TX, 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 6, 2018 with Full Military Honors.
