Tiburcio Ramirez Flores

February 8, 1937 — June 3, 2022

Tiburcio Ramirez Flores went home to be with his Lord and Savior on June 3, 2022.  He was born February 8, 1937 to the late Juan Ramirez and Teresa Flores de Ramirez in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico.

He was a brickyard owner and self-employed truck driver before his retirement. He enjoyed traveling and outdoor activities in his leisure time. Tiburcio was a devout Christian and an active member of Iglesia Evangelica Cristian Espiritual.

Tiburcio was preceded in death by his son, Luis Duarte; his parents, Juan and Teresa Flores Ramirez; his brothers, Hector Ramirez and Israel Ramirez; his sisters, Hermelinda Ramirez and Esther Ramirez.

Left treasure his memory is his loving wife, Consuelo Ramirez; his children, Angelica R. Cisneros, Sylvia R. (Daniel) Aguirre, Ricardo (Lourdes A.) Ramirez, Tiburcio Ramirez Jr., Javier (Maribel) Ramirez, Virginia R. (Rodolfo) Gonzalez, Amando (Sofia) Ramirez, Norma R. (Federico) Nava, Rafaela Duarte, Claina (Lee) Gonzalez, and Mirna Ramirez; thirty-three grandchildren, thirty-four great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild. He is also survived by Mirna Lizeth Zuniga, Elias Baltierrez, Francisco Cabello, and Felix Hernandez.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, June 5, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Buck Ashcraft San Benito Funeral Home. A celebration of Tiburcio’s life and God’s faithfulness will begin Sunday at 6 o’clock. Visitation will continue on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. A funeral service will begin at 12:00 noon. Committal and interment will take place at 2:00 p.m. at Mont Meta Memorial Park.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Lee J. Gonzalez Sr., Rafael Martinez Duarte, Lee J. Gonzalez Jr., Javier Martinez Jr., Gilbert Ramirez, and Baltazar Cisneros Jr.

El Sr. Tiburcio Ramirez Flores pasó a la presencia de su Señor y Salvador Jesucristo el 3 de junio de 2022. Nació el 8 de febrero de 1937 en Heroica Matamoros, Tamaulipas, México.

Fue propietario de una ladrillera y camionero independiente antes de jubilarse. Le gustaba viajar y pasar tiempo al aire libre en su tiempo libre. Tiburcio fue un cristiano devoto y miembro activo de la Iglesia Evangélica Cristiana Espiritual.

Le precedieron en la muerte su hijo, Luis Duarte; sus padres, Juan y Teresa Flores de Ramírez; sus hermanos, Héctor Ramírez e Israel Ramírez; sus hermanas, Hermelinda Ramírez y Esther Ramírez.

Al Sr. Ramirez Flores, le sobreviven su amada esposa, Consuelo Ramírez; sus hijos, Angélica R. Cisneros, Sylvia R. (Daniel) Aguirre, Ricardo (Lourdes A.) Ramirez, Tiburcio Ramirez Jr., Javier (Maribel) Ramirez, Virginia R. (Rodolfo) Gonzalez, Amando (Sofia) Ramirez, Norma R. (Federico) Nava, Rafaela Duarte, Claina (Lee) Gonzalez, y Mirna Ramírez; 33 nietos, 34 bisnietos y 1 tataranieto. También le sobreviven Mirna Lizeth Zuñiga, Elías Baltierrez, Francisco Cabello y Félix Hernandez.

El velorio se llevará a cabo el domingo 5 de junio de 2022 a partir de las 15:00 horas hasta las 20:00 en la capilla de la funeraria Buck Ashcraft San Benito. Una celebración de su vida y de la fidelidad de Dios comenzará el domingo a las 18:00 horas. El velorio continuará el lunes 6 de junio de 2022 a las 8:30 a.m. El servicio fúnebre comenzará a las 12:00 del mediodía. El sepelio se realizará a las 14:00 horas en el cementerio Mont Meta Memoria Park de San Benito.
