Wanda I Kupec

Wanda I. Kupec, 95, of Kerrville/Harlingen, Texas went to be with the Lord on Friday August 6, 2021.  She was born July 26, 1926 in Washington, Pennsylvania.

Wanda is preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Col. Francis E. Kupec, her parents Roy and Sue Tustin and her brother Harry Tustin.

She is loved by her sons Frank E. Kupec Jr., John A. Kupec, and daughter Kelly Dykes.

The Kupec family extends their appreciation and gratitude to the Executive Director, Richard Mancha, and staff: Barbara Martinez, Nicole Franks, Jolene Cary, Tommie Alejo, Emily Vega, Giselle Ochoa, Christina Luna, Esther Saenz, Lesley Lumbreras, Beronica Varelo, Elizabeth Moreno, and Amanda Cruz for their care and compassion through the years at Valley View Senior Living. We also extend our sincerest gratitude to Soriada Longoria from Cima Hospice.

We will never forget the loving care that was given to Wanda by Biola Rincones from October 2016 until Friday August 6, 2021. Throughout this time, our mother never did without the warm companionship of someone who truly cared for her.
