William K. "Pete" Robinson

William Kuykendall “Pete” Robinson, born June 22, 1946 in Boston, Massachusetts, passed away September 11, 2021 in San Benito, Texas.

Pete was an Air Force brat who settled in Oklahoma where he met Barbara at Tinker Air Force Base.  After completing Air and Heating Vo-Tech School, they made the courageous decision to move to San Benito to establish Pete Robinson Air Conditioning Service and later, the B & C Car Wash business.

His many hobbies and loves, not counting his family and animals, were golf (making eagles), dune buggies, VWs, Corvettes, Harleys, sailing, hunting and fishing, casinos, and visiting with his numerous friends and buddies.  Everyone knew and loved Pete.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Barbara Lynn; son, Bryan (Michele) Robinson; grandsons, Wm. Konnor and Jack B. Robinson; daughter, Carie Ann (Trevan) Williams; and his brother, D. Dale Magnin.

A celebration of Pete’s life will take place Friday, September 17, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church of San Benito.
